fz v1.8.0 – static libraries, stability fixes

- Add -type static / -lib to build static archives (.a)
- Fix builder object file naming (no more '..' in paths)
- All tests pass (builder, linker, assembler, etc.)

Install: go install github.com/forgezero-cli/ForgeZero/cmd/fz@latest
